Treatment of your personal data.

Detectalia Europe, S.L.U. is responsible for the personal data files duly registered at the AEPD (the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Data), which can be modified and/or deleted at any time at the owner’s written request by sending an email to: "info@detectalia.com or to Post Office Box Nº210 at Monóvar, Alicante CP 03640. In order to process your order and assign reproduction rights for the images to our clients, we require that you provide us with certain personal data, such as business name, C.I.F. (tax identifiication code), name and surname, address, telephone number and email address, all of which will be stored in a computerised format. You are required to expressly authorise the storage of this data on our client data base for internal use. In accordance with that established in Organic Law 15/99, of the 13th of December relating to the Protection of Personal Data and in the development regulation you can, at any time, access, rectify or request that we delete your personal information from our database through our wesite or by sending an email to www.detectalia.com The treatment and management of the above data is carried out in accordance to that stipulated in the Royal Decree 994/1999, of the 11 of June, through which the security measures for computerised files containing personal data is approved. Under no circumstances will Detectalia Europe, S.L.U. sell information about their clients to third parties, nor will it pass on any information relating to your data.

Amendments.
