Since 2003, with 100 % Spanish capital and headquarters in Monóvar (Alicante), Detectalia Europe, S.L.U. has manufactured and sold cash handling machines with a twofold aim: to increase the security of businesses and to reduce the time they spend counting money.
We are experts in cash analysis and validation, and we work in collaboration with the Bank of Spain and the European Central Bank, which submits our detectors to its official tests with real counterfeits.
Our range includes counterfeit banknote detectors; banknote counters, totalisers and sorters; and coin counters and sorters.

Detectalia is born in Monóvar (Alicante), manufacturing its first banknote detectors.
2008
Detectalia Europe S.L. is incorporated and the distribution network expands across Spain.
2014
Detectalia detectors pass the European Central Bank's official tests.
2018
