How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 10:00 am leave our warehouse in Monóvar (Alicante) the same day. Delivery to mainland Spain takes between 24 and 72 hours depending on the service, and to the rest of Europe 2–4 working days with UPS. Delivery is free on orders over €99; below that it costs €11.95 for mainland Spain and the Balearics and €29 for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) through a secure gateway, plus bank transfer or deposit. The account details are provided when you complete your order, with 7 working days to make the payment.
Can I return a machine?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, returning the product unused, complete and in its original packaging. If the machine arrives working incorrectly and you report it within 24 hours of delivery (EU purchases), the return is free of charge.
