Delivery

We ship by UPS across the European Union and to the United Kingdom, with delivery in 2–4 working days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs formalities.

The shipping cost is shown when you place your order on the website.

Orders placed before 10:00 am on a working day are prepared and dispatched the same day.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, together with the invoice and a written note stating that you wish to return it. Return delivery costs are borne by the customer.

If the machine works incorrectly on delivery and you report it within the following 24 hours (purchases within the EU), the return is free of charge. Write to us via the contact form quoting your order number and we will send you the instructions. The full conditions are set out in the terms and conditions.
