Description
Collection service at your address to prepare a repair quote for your device, or to send it back once it has been checked.
We collect the device at the address you give us when placing the order. Once it reaches our service centre we assess the fault and send you a quote: nothing is repaired until you approve it.
The service covers mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. From the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping to our premises is at your expense — get in touch and we will explain how.
